Zixu manufactures rugged marking needles for our Dot Peen and Scribe marking machines, from basic 95 HRA tungsten steel, to titanium plated needle cores for increased durability, to diamond tips for extreme hardness. Even our competitors in the marking industry have recognized our technology and reliability and purchase from us. In recent years, we have produced and sold about 50,000 sets of marking needles per year, accounting for half of the entire Chinese market or 1/3 of the world market. We also offer a wide range of spare parts, software and customize components of marking machines to meet each user’s needs.

Description

Since entering the marking industry in 2006, we have designed, developed and manufactured our own marking needles. From the earliest high carbon steel marking needles developed with our first generation hand-held pneumatic marking machines to the current standard 95 HRA hardness annealed tungsten steel marking needles, together with titanium plating on the surface or diamonds on the tip and other processes, together with our specialized marking machines for different work scenarios, we have formed three series of pneumatic dot peen marking needles, electric dot peen marking needles and scribe marking needles with thousands of products.
